The company is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and driven Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and accounting functions. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, smooth workflow, and compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years dealership accounting experience required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ADP, and CDK
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional, team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in office management or as an Assistant Office Manager preferred

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and supervise office staff
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  • Oversee payroll, cash management, and daily banking
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Manage manufacturer accounts, warranty claims, and rebates
  • Process new hire and termination paperwork and maintain employee files
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to support business goals
