About The Position

Kido is seeking a friendly, organized, and outgoing Office Manager to support family engagement and enrollment at Kido Heights in Houston, Texas. This role is more than an administrative position: the Office Manager serves as the face of the school and helps prospective families learn about Kido, feel welcomed, and move through the enrollment process. The role also helps coordinate marketing and sales events, builds community connections, communicates with parents, and maintains complete, accurate enrollment records in line with state licensing and regulatory requirements. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English. Experience in childcare, education, admissions, customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus. The successful candidate is expected to undergo an enhanced fingerprint-based background check.
