An Office Manager will achieve a world class Total Patient Experience that both maximizes retail sales and supports patients’ medical needs. This role is responsible for the overall sales and profitability of an office location, managing all operations including team member support, merchandising, inventory management, training, and safety. The Office Manager will execute the Total Patient Experience (TPE) to drive revenue and profitability, exercising independent judgment and discretion in managing the entire retail operation's performance. A Licensed Office Manager must possess a State Optician’s License where required by the company.
