An Office Manager will achieve a world class Total Patient Experience that both maximizes the retail sales but also supports the patients’ medical needs. This role is responsible for the overall sales and profitability of an office location. The manager will oversee all operations of the location, including team member support, merchandising, inventory management, training, and safety. They will execute the Total Patient Experience (TPE) to drive revenue and profitability, exercising independent judgment and discretion in managing the overall performance of the entire retail operation. A Licensed Office Manager will be required to possess a State Optician’s License for states where mandated by the company.
