About The Position

Hybron is an advanced manufacturing company developing lightweight composites for mass production. The company has pioneered a composites manufacturing process that can produce complex, high-performance composite parts 10–100 times faster than traditional manufacturing and at a fraction of the cost. Hybron is focused on applying its proprietary process to composite artillery shells, solid rocket motor nozzles, gas turbine engine components, and airframes. This is a hands-on, full-time, in-person role at Hybron's Hawthorne facility. The position is split approximately evenly between managing the office and facility and providing administrative support to the leadership team. The role also supports company-sponsored events, company swag, and people operations such as onboarding and offboarding. The Office Manager & Executive Assistant reports to the CEO and works closely with the leadership team. The successful candidate will be a high-trust, self-starting generalist who can work autonomously in a fast-growing startup, handle ambiguity and competing responsibilities, prioritize effectively, and protect executives' focus time. The role offers the opportunity to influence the development and trajectory of a growing startup and to take on expanded responsibilities as the company grows.
