About The Position

The Office & IT Support Coordinator keeps employees, providers, and office operations running smoothly. This role serves as the first point of contact for everyday technology issues, including password and MFA resets, and support for Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and printers. The coordinator logs, triages, and resolves requests, escalates more complex issues, and follows them through to completion. The position manages employee onboarding and offboarding, technology assets, software licenses, vendor contracts, and equipment shipments to remote team members. It also supports providers by administering TheraWeb and Zoom and managing the Loaner Library of assessment materials. Office duties include coordinating with tenants, property managers, and vendors; welcoming visitors; managing supplies; and maintaining shared spaces. The coordinator also assists HR with recognition programs, team lunches, and celebrations, and creates SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge-base materials. The role follows a hybrid schedule, with three days per week onsite at the Plymouth Meeting office and remote work the rest of the week with approval. Local travel may be required for errands. Occasional off-hours escalation calls and after-hours maintenance windows are part of the role.
