About The Position

Pine Tree Country Club, located in Birmingham, AL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Office Helper/File Clerk! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position and will last 6 months or less.

Requirements

  • Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization.

Responsibilities

  • Meets and greets all visitors in a pleasant, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Assists with guest inquiries, answers incoming telephone calls, forward calls to the appropriate party, or send messages.
  • Provides clerical support to the department, which may include, but is not limited to typing, copying, filing, composing routine correspondence, and preparation of outgoing mail.
  • Sorts incoming mail for the department(s).
  • Performs other duties as required.
