About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized Office Engineer to support a large-scale project in New York City. This role will work closely with field teams and project leadership to manage documentation, coordination, and reporting, ensuring efficient project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in an Office Engineer, Project Engineer, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
  • Experience with PMIS platforms (e.g., Unifier) preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate trade-related requests, including approvals, inspections, flagging, work trains, and bulletins
  • Manage monthly labor reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain and distribute project documentation, including submittals, drawings, and specifications
  • Track manpower, production, and project progress through spreadsheets and reports
  • Support field operations by organizing and managing daily project documentation
  • Utilize PMIS platforms (e.g., Unifier) for reporting and document tracking
  • Ensure documentation is current and aligned with project requirements
