About The Position

We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to be the face of our office and ensure a smooth, organized day-to-day environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of the action; welcoming people, keeping things running efficiently, and supporting multiple teams across the business. This is a front-facing role, with reception coverage as the top priority, along with administrative and operational support across teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or admin role
  • Bilingual (English & French), both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and comfortable working in a highly visible, front-facing role
  • Discreet and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Welcome candidates, employees, and visitors and create a great first impression
  • Maintain a consistent presence at reception during working hours
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
  • Manage deliveries, mail, and general office coordination
  • Keep the reception area organized and professional
  • Support Recruiters, HR Ops, and Sales with day-to-day coordination
  • Assist with referral and signing bonus processing
  • Help with basic administrative tasks (expenses, follow-ups, scheduling, etc.)
  • Complete data entry and general support tasks across departments as needed
