Requirements

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • One year of office work experience providing a broad range of clerical support that includes performing reception duties, answering routine questions on services or products, retrieving information from electronic or hard copy files, recording expenditures and receipts, or typing routine correspondence.
  • A valid Driver's License is required at the time of appointment.
  • Proof of Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap), Mumps, Measles, Rubella (MMR), and Varicella immunizations.
  • Proof of Hepatitis B (immunity or a signed declination statement).
  • Annual influenza vaccination or a signed declination statement.
  • Proof of Tuberculosis screening within the past 12 months.
  • A copy of your current driver’s license.
