This position is responsible for assisting the public and providing clerical support for "D" Detachment, including answering non-emergency business lines, greeting the public, and extensive report processing such as criminal history requests and Sex Offender Registration forms. As the first point of contact with the general public, this OA2 position requires exceptional customer service abilities and organizational skills. The Alaska State Troopers' (AST) mission is to preserve the peace, enforce the law, prevent and detect crimes, and protect life and property. As a member of AST, you will be instrumental in ensuring this mission is met by providing direct support for the D Detachment's Troopers and civilian personnel.
