This position will be part of the administrative team serving our Adult Outpatient, Child and Adolescent, and Forensic Outpatient teams at Lane County Behavioral Health. This position will provide front reception desk and telephone support in a high-volume clinical setting. Duties will include but are not limited to working in the EMR to check in clients, answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect and enter client demographic information, manage scanned and faxed documents, accurately process medical record requests, as well as accurately handle cash. This position will also provide added administrative support to a small subset of the clinic's mental health providers, including meeting note taking and data entry. This position will support individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and would benefit from experience working in behavioral health settings. Excellent customer service skills are a must as these positions work closely with other administrative staff, clinicians and management in addition to clients.
