In this role, you will provide clerical support across multiple operational areas within Sewer & Water Utilities. Your responsibilities include coordinating staff communications, preparing letters and correspondence, managing shared email inboxes, overseeing supply orders, and scheduling rooms. You will also support daily operations by triaging and submitting CSRs, distributing building communications, and assisting with purchase orders, process invoices, and PCARD verifications. You will also support the SoundGRO Fertilizer customer order processing. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Workday is valuable. Your experience will play a key role in supporting team operations and contributing to the continued success of the department.
