In this role, you will: Serve as the first point of contact for the public, vendors, and partners—providing a welcoming and professional front desk experience Perform data entry related to laboratory testing, ensuring information is recorded accurately and efficiently Support a variety of administrative tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly If you're organized, detail-oriented, and excited to make an impact through public health – we’d love to have you on our team!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • One year of experience that includes clerical tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, typing, filing, sorting mail, entering data, receiving payments, making change, or maintaining logs.
  • Possess a regular driver's license and be 18 years of age or older (for positions requiring operation of motor vehicles).
  • Skill in typing (may be required for recruitment and selection).
