About The Position

This role involves assisting in the management and organization of office operations and procedures. The Office Admin will handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel. They will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventories, replenishing as needed. Additionally, the role includes preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations, as well as taking refund requests, receipt requests, and performing paperwork verification. Cash handling experience is also a requirement for this position.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in office software including word processing, spreadsheets, and email tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Cash handling experience.
