About The Position

American Aluminum Extrusion is seeking a dedicated and experienced Off Shift Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations. The role supervises production activities and workers, ensuring production goals are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards. The supervisor works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborates with other departments to support seamless operations and process improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
At least two years in a supervisory role overseeing people or processes.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate process-improvement efforts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work off shifts.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating forklifts and using hand and power tools.
