About The Position

American Aluminum Extrusion is seeking a dedicated and experienced Off Shift Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations. The supervisor ensures production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role involves leading production workers, supporting efficient workflows, and collaborating across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment.
At least two years in a supervisory role overseeing people or processes.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move parts or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Availability to work off shifts.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating forklifts and using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities
