About The Position

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring an Off-Premise Sales Supervisor to represent well-known wine and spirits brands and support off-premise accounts across the greater Tucson area. This is a field-based outside sales position with a Monday–Friday schedule and an early start time. The supervisor leads, develops, engages, and supervises assigned sales personnel while helping drive sales performance and account results. The company describes itself as family-owned, with 50 years of stability and growth, and offers ongoing training and development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years of related experience, with 0 to 1+ years of leadership experience; or a high school diploma/GED and 7 to 9+ years of specific experience, with 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the company and state law.
Ability to repetitively lift 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel.
Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and align with company goals within the assigned territory.
Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up, and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics.
Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
