About The Position

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our therapy team in Linden, Michigan. This role offers flexibility for part-time hours, PRN flexibility, or an opportunity to supplement a current schedule. As a therapist-owned and operated company, we focus on delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our professionals. The OTA/COTA will provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, helping patients improve daily living skills, functional mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, documenting treatments, communicating patient updates, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, and building relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping patients reach their goals.

Nice To Haves

• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
