About The Position
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) – PRN. Make a meaningful difference while enjoying the flexibility of PRN work! Concept Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for an OTA looking for flexible scheduling while providing quality care to patients in a supportive rehabilitation environment.
Requirements
- Current COTA/OTA license in the state of employment
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current certification or eligibility for certification through NBCOT
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A compassionate, team-oriented approach
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients in improving independence with daily activities
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
