About The Position

Powerback is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in an in-facility setting. The role implements occupational therapy programs and activities, follows established recovery plans, and delivers therapy treatments to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. The assistant works with patients as individuals, adapts to their needs, collaborates with peers, and makes referrals when needed to support patients’ care. The position reports to the Director of Rehab.

The company offers clinical mentorship, continuing education, professional development, and other employee programs. The posted salary range is USD $31.00–$34.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA and ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
