About The Position
Functional Pathways is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for Christian Village at Mt. Healthy, a faith-based senior living community in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Occupational Therapist will work as part of the therapy team to support residents’ physical and mental well-being in a person-centered, supportive environment. The role involves screening and evaluating residents, re-evaluating them as needed, discharge planning, and revising established plans of care under physician supervision. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to direct applicants who qualify.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure as established by state and national board associations.
- Active state license.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure; screening requirements may vary by location.
Responsibilities
- Screen residents.
