About The Position
AVIR AT CRESCENT MOON, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join its in-house therapy team. The role involves working with patients and residents presenting a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions as part of a high-energy interdisciplinary therapy team. Opportunities include developing programs in cognition, memory care, activities of daily living (ADLs), and skilled maintenance. Ongoing training and career development opportunities are provided. Vital Therapy is a growing network of more than 80 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams. Requirements
- Hold a license in the state of Texas.
Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy care to patients and residents.
