About The Position

Key Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in Grant, Nebraska. The position is available full-time, part-time, or PRN. Therapists evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and work with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. The role includes flexible scheduling for patient care and supervising COTAs. Candidates may be new graduates or experienced therapists. A bonus of up to $10,000 may be available.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and applicable state and federal regulations.
