About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Pelvic Health Occupational Therapists for its outpatient specialty pelvic health clinic in Nashville, Tennessee. The clinic provides individualized treatment plans for a diverse pelvic health population in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence, continuing education, and professional growth. The role is open to new graduates and experienced clinicians, with full-time, part-time, and PRN schedule options. Full-time schedules are highly preferred. The position offers competitive, negotiable compensation based on experience, mentorship, structured onboarding, and opportunities for continued professional development. New-graduate occupational therapists receive a gradual 12-week ramp-up period and a 12-month one-on-one clinical mentorship program. Requirements

Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program; MOT, OTD, or equivalent.
Active or pending Tennessee Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one.
Pelvic floor rehabilitation experience is preferred; pelvic health training, certification, or a strong interest in treating pelvic health conditions is highly valued.
