Requirements
- Current, valid Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license — required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience preferred; home health experience a plus
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence in daily living activities
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home safety strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
