About The Position
PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist for its home health care team in Danbury, Texas. The Occupational Therapist partners with patients in their homes to support recovery, independence, and quality of life. The role focuses on restoring mobility, improving functional abilities, promoting health, preventing disability, and supporting long-term wellness through hands-on interventions tailored to each patient’s needs. The position provides skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
- Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a variety of patient personalities effectively.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
