About The Position
PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide home health care to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage in Sealy, Texas. The therapist partners with patients in their homes to support recovery, restore mobility, improve functional abilities, promote independence, and enhance quality of life. The role includes promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's needs.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
- Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a variety of patient personalities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
- Educate patients and families on techniques that support recovery and independence.
