About The Position
PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide home health care in Livingston, Texas. The Occupational Therapist partners with patients in their homes to support recovery, independence, mobility, functional abilities, and long-term wellness. The role promotes health, prevents disability, and delivers hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's needs. The therapist provides skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
- Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Professional, compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
