About The Position
PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join its home health care team in Jasper, Texas. The role partners with patients in their homes to support recovery, independence, and quality of life. The Occupational Therapist restores mobility, enhances functional abilities, supports long-term wellness, promotes health, helps prevent disability, and delivers hands-on interventions tailored to each patient’s needs. The position provides skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
- Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
