About The Position
PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist for its home health care team in Freeport, Texas. The Occupational Therapist partners with patients in their recovery at home, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. The role focuses on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, supporting long-term wellness, promoting health, preventing disability, and providing hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's needs. The position provides skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
- Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
