About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a position in a rehab/outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with adolescent/adult and geriatric patients. A Doctorate degree is highly preferred, and previous travel experience is a plus. The traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment. COVID vaccination is preferred by the facility. Experience with EPIC EMR is also required.
Requirements
- New Hampshire OT license
- BLS (AHA)
- 2+ years OT experience in an Rehab/outpatient setting
- Experience with Adolescent/Adult and Geriatric patients
- EMR - EPIC
