About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a strong background in orthopedic therapy, specifically focusing on upper extremity treatment including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures. This role involves treating an average of 12 patients each day with a primary focus on orthopedic conditions, as well as other diagnoses such as CVA, MS, and head injuries. The therapist will conduct outpatient orthopedic therapy, ensuring quality patient care and optimal recovery outcomes. Documentation will be completed using ReDoc for outpatient sessions and Meditech for acute care documentation. Department-specific orientation will be provided.
Requirements
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Current BLS Certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience with lymphedema training
- Familiarity with treating conditions related to hands, elbows, and shoulders in an orthopedic setting.
