About The Position

The Clinical Rehab Liaison cultivates referral relationships, manages an assigned geographic territory, and completes patient assessments. The role supports business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with prospective patients, family members, physicians, ICU and floor nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives. This opening is for the Virtual Team, with an emphasis on strong referral relationships and face-to-face connections within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Current driver’s license in the state of employment and an acceptable driving record according to company policy.
• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or successful healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business census based on strategic goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships within an assigned territory, prioritizing face-to-face connections.
• Help streamline the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate the community, referral sources, and physicians about hospital programs and services.
• Use market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Respond to and overcome admission barriers and follow up on admission variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations for various groups about services and outcomes.
• Manage the assigned territory and complete patient assessments.
