About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring Occupational Therapists in Anderson, IN, to provide rehabilitation therapy services in partnership with Ascension St. Vincent Health System. This role is within a 125-bed inpatient facility, including 13 dedicated acute rehab beds, serving patients recovering from trauma, surgeries, and strokes. Ascension St. Vincent is a Level 3 Trauma Center and Joint Commission (JC) Stroke Certified. The clinic focuses on enhancing patient mobility, independence, and quality of life through personalized rehabilitation services.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program
- Registered with NBCOT
- Current or pending state licensure
- Basic Life Support certification
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
