About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide acute care at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves delivering evidence-based rehabilitation care to a diverse patient population, including patients in neuro, trauma, and orthopedics. The therapist will work with patients and hospital teams to support patients in returning to their previous level of functioning or progressing to the next level of care. Requirements

• Graduate of an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to help each patient return to their previous level of functioning or proceed to the next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Build positive connections with patients, their families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
