About The Position
Relient Health is recruiting a full-time Occupational Therapist for a respected skilled nursing facility in Pleasanton, California. The facility provides high-quality rehabilitation services and offers a collaborative therapy department with tools and support for both new graduates and experienced occupational therapists. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule. The estimated pay range is approximately $55–$68 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to support professional growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current California license or eligibility for licensure.
- Passion for improving patients’ quality of life.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ function and independence.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
