About The Position

The pediatric clinic is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide therapy to children and help them build skills for life through purposeful play. New graduates are welcome. The clinic offers mentorship from experienced pediatric occupational therapists, guidance as the therapist builds an early caseload, and support from a collaborative team.

The position is based in Daphne, Alabama, with afternoon availability between approximately 1:00 and 6:00 p.m. Compensation starts at $35 per hour, depending on experience, and is paid for time worked rather than billable units. The posting also describes guaranteed hourly pay for the full shift.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Alabama licensure or licensure in process.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Availability to work between 1:00 and 6:00 p.m.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred but not required.
