About The Position

Premier Therapy is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join its therapy team in Doylestown, Ohio. The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized plans of care, providing skilled occupational therapy treatment, monitoring patient progress, and modifying treatment as appropriate. The therapist will also educate patients, families, and caregivers, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and complete required documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current occupational therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

Nice To Haves

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
