About The Position

Premier Therapy is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join its therapy team in Doylestown, Ohio. The therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized plans of care, provides skilled occupational therapy treatment, monitors patient progress, and modifies treatment as appropriate. The role also involves educating patients, families, and caregivers; collaborating with the interdisciplinary team; and completing required documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

Nice To Haves

• SNF or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment.
