About The Position

ATC Dallas Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility is seeking a Texas-licensed Occupational Therapist to provide services to an established caseload, primarily students receiving therapy through local school district contracts. The starting caseload is approximately 9–10 hours per week, with a flexible schedule of about two days per week and five hours per day. The caseload may expand based on the therapist’s interest and availability. Administrative and scheduling support are provided. This is an ongoing part-time position with potential for growth; PRN arrangements are also considered.

Requirements

Texas occupational therapy license.
Dependable and compassionate approach to therapy.
Enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities and varying behavioral and sensory needs.
Comfort implementing individualized treatment strategies, supporting emotional and sensory regulation, and adapting therapeutic approaches.
Strong communication, clinical documentation, and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate and consult with teachers, classroom staff, caregivers, and parents as needed to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies across environments.
Complete clinical documentation and participate in collaborative problem-solving.
