About The Position

ATC Dallas Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility is seeking a Texas-licensed Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team and provide services to an established caseload, primarily consisting of students receiving therapy through local school district contracts. This is an ongoing part-time position with potential for growth, offering a flexible schedule and competitive compensation. The role involves working with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities and varying behavioral and sensory needs, implementing individualized treatment strategies, supporting emotional and sensory regulation, and adapting therapeutic approaches. Collaboration with teachers, classroom staff, caregivers, and parents is also a key component of the role.

Requirements

Texas-licensed Occupational Therapist.
Dependable and compassionate.
Enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities and varying behavioral and sensory needs.
Comfortable implementing individualized treatment strategies.
Comfortable supporting emotional and sensory regulation.
Comfortable adapting therapeutic approaches to meet each client's needs.
Strong communication skills.
Strong clinical documentation skills.
Strong collaborative problem-solving skills.
Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities
