About The Position
PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide care to a diverse population of chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The role is primarily responsible for direct patient care and for planning and implementing age-appropriate treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles and PAM Health System practices. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to the further development of services, remain flexible to meet the System’s needs across different facilities, and perform other related duties as assigned or requested. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
Requirements
- Occupational Therapist license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Current BLS certification.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate treatment programs for individual patients in accordance with occupational therapy principles and PAM Health System practices.
- Contribute to the further development of services.

- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
