Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN Weekends | Overland Park Rehab
About The Position
PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide care to a diverse patient population, including chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The role is primarily responsible for direct patient care and for planning and implementing individualized, age-appropriate treatment programs according to occupational therapy principles and practices within the PAM Health System. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to further development of the services and must be flexible to meet the System’s needs across different facilities. Prior inpatient hospital experience is preferred, though a commitment and willingness to learn are also welcomed.
Requirements
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Current BLS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care.
