About The Position
Creative Health Solutions is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care at a skilled nursing facility with assisted living and memory care in Brooksville, Florida. The therapist will work with healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs and personalized treatment plans that support patients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The role includes documenting progress, communicating about treatment plans and outcomes, educating patients and families, and staying current with therapy techniques and methodologies. Requirements
- Valid state Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Work with healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate treatment plans and patient outcomes to healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
- Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
