About The Position

Homewood at Plum Creek in Hanover, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join its therapy team at a continuing care retirement community. The role works with a skilled staff to provide person-centered care to residents. The Occupational Therapist screens and evaluates residents, conducts re-evaluations, plans for discharge, and revises established plans of care under physician supervision. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus to direct applicants only.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure; screening requirements may vary by location.
