Occupational Therapist (Full-Time)

About The Position

The Occupational Therapist provides consistent, quality clinical services to children in their homes throughout Ventura, California, with occasional on-site support in Santa Barbara, California. The role includes conducting clinical assessments, providing specialized services, managing client cases, and delivering in-home sessions tailored to each child’s treatment plan. The therapist also provides clinical and administrative guidance to paraprofessionals and participates in weekly staff meetings and trainings. Administrative responsibilities include maintaining current notes, progress reports, employee certifications, and other required documentation or renewals. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $60 per hour for clinical work and $20 per hour for administrative work and training.

Requirements

Active Occupational Therapy license in California.
Ability to travel to provide in-home services.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Early Intervention is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
