About The Position
Charter Senior Living of Hopkinsville is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide personalized therapeutic care to senior residents. The role is part of a rehabilitation therapy team focused on helping patients improve their quality of life. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements and opportunities to grow through community partnerships and career advancement. Legacy Healthcare Services is a not-for-profit organization that provides rehabilitative care within senior living communities. Founded and led by therapists, the organization serves nearly 500 communities across the United States and emphasizes innovative, personalized care.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients.
- Grow as a leader through community partnership.
- Provide resident wellness education through consultations, program delivery, and patient awareness.
