About The Position

This is a reduced Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) position, requiring 0 hours of NBO compared to the standard 40 hours. The role is for an Occupational Therapist with 1 year of experience in Acute Care. The position is located in a Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center with 104 total staffed beds. The therapist will work with an expected patient ratio of 8-9 to 1. Charting is done via Epic. Parking is free.

Requirements

• Washington State Licensed Occupational Therapist (License in hand).
• 1 year of Acute Care experience.
• Hard worker.
• Collaborative with team.
• Team player.

Nice To Haves

• Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR) experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an acute care hospital setting.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Work rotating weekends, approximately every 3-4 weeks.
