About The Position

This is an Occupational Therapist (OT) position in Acute Care within a hospital setting. The assignment is for 13 weeks and requires a start date as soon as possible. The shift is either 4x10 or 5x8 days. For the 4x10 schedule, consistent three days off in a row cannot be guaranteed, but the unit will strive to provide a consistent schedule, typically with needs for coverage on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Requirements

1 year of experience.
BLS certification.
NBCOT certification.
AK OT License.
Per UD skills.
Must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility.
All time off requests (RTO) must be included in the submittal.
Pending license is accepted.
